Friction Materials

We offer a full line of high-quality friction materials and products including, molded and woven rolls of lining, flat sheets, curved slabs, pads for brake and clutch applications used in heavy industry, railroad and maritime operations, commercial construction and vehicles.

Heat Protection Textiles

Our chemically treated, high-performance, industrial heat protection materials can withstand continuous temperatures up to 2000°F (1093°C). Products include fabrics, tapes, ropes, tubing, belting, yarn & thread which can be used or fabricated as welding drop cloths, spark, spray and grinding protection, oven & furnace seals and curtains, cable & wire insulation, hose covers, insulation mats, water & steam piping protection, fire & flame protection and boiler & flange gaskets.

Sealing Materials

We manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of sealing materials including, gaskets, packings and compounds to match our client's operational requirements. A variety of grades are available covering a wide spectrum of industrial and original equipment applications where optimum sealing performance is a requisite.

Mechanical Packings

FUSEAS LIMITED manufactures and supplies a comprehensive line of plaited gland packings for rotary machines, reciprocating machines, valves, pumps, shafts, mixers, filters and high-temperature applications that are used in industries ranging from food to petrochemical processing. The square plaited packings are made of Aramid, PTFE, carbon-graphite, synthetic, vegetable, mineral and metallic compounds. FUSEAS BRAND gland packings offer a high degree of resiliency and consistency of volume. Their superior, lattice, square inter-braid construction needs less gland pressure to seal, resulting in reduced equipment wear, reduced gland maintenance and increased packing life.

Heat Insulation Products

FUSEAS BRAND heat insulation thermal materials and products incorporate various forms of glass, carbon, silica, synthetic, inorganic and organic fibers for use in high temperature applications up to 1000°C/1832°F. Custom fabrication affords a variety of designs, sizes and fastenings for easy installation and removal.

Safety Apparel

We manufacture and supply protective clothing and safety apparel for high-heat environments capable of providing ambient heat protection up to 316°C or 600°F and radiant heat protection up to 1621°C or 2950°F. Our full range of products include gloves, mittens, coats, pants, sleeves, aprons, hoods, bib overalls and coveralls.

Ducts and Bellow

FUSEAS BRAND provides a full line of standard and custom manufactured bellows and covers sewn into round, square and rectangular shapes in a variety of coated fabrics capable of withstanding temperatures to 1832°F/1000°C. Bellows are available in almost any size or material and can be custom made to meet a variety of applications or environments. Mounting may be by collar or flange. Applications include ducts for gas turbine exhausts, diesel engine exhaust, diesel generator exit and boiler flue, furnace exhausts, saturated steam, high and low pressure turbine piping, main feed pump suction, condensate pump suction, propeller shaft air system.
